Vintage buttons and Liberty fabric binding is all about my space, making pretty button/bow hair grips.
I can't seem to get enough of Liberty fabrics at the moment. They seem to be everywhere and so very much epitomise those very British 'Famous Five' style summer picnics of lashings of ginger beer, bike rides and rain...

ReplyDeletelove liberty! wish I had bought some fabric when I lived in London, but was not so into it then. Your hair grips are very pretty xx

ReplyDeleteThese are simply gorgeous!
ReplyDelete'Lashings' of anything, squeals everything that is British!
ReplyDeleteI spent three years of my life working around the corner from Liberty in London. I used to waft in there and ooooooh at the fabric - all without knowing that I possessed an inner craft – and bad timing. I only ever bought a handkerchief.
thanks Sarah for the tip. I also play around with the html & whenever someone asks I have absolutely NO idea how to explain it.

ReplyDeleteHello- have just been admiring your lovely blog and charming creations. I have been falling in love with Liberty fabrics recently too (apart from the price!) The hairgrips are just the prettiest little things!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous, hairclips, gorgeous, fabrics and buttons and gorgeous memories that I have about escaping into Famous Five books. I hope you are having the best weekend. X
ReplyDeleteI think they are lovely too! Did you make the binding yourself, or can you buy it like that? :)
